I understand that:

• All payments are final and non-refundable once access is granted
• One-time purchases (courses, tools) are non-refundable after delivery
• Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for partial months
• No refunds for change of mind, unused access, or buyer's remorse
• Technical issues must be reported within 7 days with proof for refund consideration

I understand that:

• Monthly subscription fees are ₱500.00 or as specified per product
• Payment must be completed before or by due date to maintain uninterrupted access
• 5 days before due date: Reminder sent via email and SMS
• On due date: Payment must be received
• 3 days after due date: Access automatically suspended if no payment
• 14 days after due date: All data, projects, and files permanently deleted from Nexistry Core

I agree that:

• One account per person/email only
• Account sharing is strictly prohibited
• I am responsible for maintaining login credential security
• Violation results in immediate termination without refund

I agree NOT to:

• Download, record, screenshot, or distribute course materials
• Share course content with non-enrolled persons
• Reproduce, copy, or create derivative works from academy materials
• Use course content for commercial purposes without permission

I understand that:

• Nexistry Core is for learning and portfolio building only
• All projects created are stored on academy servers during active subscription
• I must backup my own work (screenshots, documentation, exports)
• After 14 days of non-payment, all my data will be permanently deleted
• Nexistry Academy is not liable for lost data due to non-payment

• 40-hour OJT is subject to client availability and my performance
• OJT placement is not guaranteed but prioritized for active students
• I must complete prerequisite modules before OJT assignment
• Professional conduct and confidentiality are mandatory
• Poor performance may result in early OJT termination

• Nexistry Academy provides education and training, NOT employment guarantees
• Income potential depends on my individual effort, skill application, and market conditions
• Testimonials represent individual results, not typical outcomes
• I am responsible for my own career success and job applications

• Course content may be updated or modified without notice
• Lifetime access members receive all updates at no additional cost
• Platform features, pricing, or products may change with 30-day notice for active subscribers
• Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance or technical issues

I agree to:

• Follow community guidelines in Discord and other platforms
• Maintain professional conduct
• Respect other students and instructors
• Not engage in spam, harassment, or inappropriate behavior

Violation of community guidelines results in removal without refund.

I consent to:

• Collection of my name, email, and mobile number for course delivery
• Receiving course updates and important announcements
• Marketing communications (with opt-out option available)

My data will not be sold or shared with third parties except payment processors. I am responsible for the accuracy of information provided.

• Support response time is 24-48 hours for general inquiries
• Payment concerns are addressed within 12-24 hours
• All support requests must be sent to: [email protected]
• Support is available via email, Discord, or member portal only

I understand my access may be terminated for:

• Violation of these terms and conditions
• Fraudulent payment or chargebacks
• Sharing login credentials or course content
• Inappropriate conduct in community spaces
• Non-payment beyond 14-day grace period

No refund will be issued upon termination.

• Terms and conditions may be updated periodically
• Changes are effective immediately upon posting
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
• Major changes will be communicated via email
